Digital Panoramic X Ray

Digital Panoramic X-Ray allows the doctor to get a much better view of your teeth, jaws, sinuses and potential dental conditions. The digital imaging software allows the doctor to see a number of different views of the tooth to gain a better understanding of the proper course of management. Digital Panoramic X-rays provide a great benefit to the patient. Not only are they an excellent diagnostic tool, but they decrease radiation to the patient by over 80%.

I use this wonderful digital pano machine at least 4 times a day-- it is preferable to individual X-rays! The image is so clear that even the patients are impressed with their own image. I enjoy this addition to our dental practice to improve diagnosis and have a clearer understanding of a patient's condition. Not only is it a wonderful service to our patients, its image quality is excellent! In addition to the panoramic xrays, the ability to take a TMJ series has been a great help in the diagnosis and treatment of my TMD patients.
